ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE COMPLETED BECAUSE A TRUST CAN LAST SEVERAL GENERATIONS.
D. Termination. The trust created by this Article shall terminate upon the death of the Grantor, Charlton Heston, his wife, Anna Heston, and his children, William Heston and Alice Heston. Upon termination, the Trustee shall distribute the remaining income and principal (assets) of this trust to the following beneficiaries in the following sequential order:
1. To the surviving children, if any, of William Heston and Alice Heston, in equal shares, per stirpes.
2. If William Heston or Alice shall die without surviving children, then the remaining surviving children of such beneficiaries shall take in equal shares. If all of the beneficiaries and their children described above fail to survive the Grantor, then all of the remaining income and principal of this trust shall be distributed to the Grantor's heirs.
